Haiti 2018: Senator Jean-Marie Salomon predicts a crisis between the executive and Parliament

According to Senator Salomon, vice president of the Senate, many deputes waiting for the 10 senate seats to be vacated so they can run for senator.
"If he (President Jovenel Moise) decides to dismiss these 10 senators, he will cause an uprising at the level of the senate, " Senator Salomon said.
Jean-Marie Junior Salomon spoke about an agreement signed between the executive and legislative so that the 10 senators whose terms will expire on the second month of 2018 can leave in 2019 instead but it has not yet been validated.

Le sénateur Haitien Jean-Marie Salomon prédit qu'il y aura une crise majeure entre le pouvoir exécutif et le Parlement en 2018 au terme du mandat expirant de 10 sénateurs.
Selon le sénateur Salomon, vice-président du Sénat, de nombreux députés attendent que les dix sièges du Sénat soient libérés pour pouvoir se porter candidats.
"S'il (le président Jovenel Moise) décide de renvoyer ces 10 sénateurs, il provoquera un soulèvement au niveau du sénat", a déclaré le sénateur Salomon.
