No election on April 24, 2016. This transition make take two years to promote democracy in Haiti.

This transition is important to ensure the quality of life of the citizens of Haiti, to promote good governance, to strengthen the basic management system of government, to achieve economic progress and social and environmental development, to avoid corruption in all areas of government, to promote knowledge sharing.

Port Salut election had all kinds of thieving.
