Sources say USAID has cut funding to Haiti substantially

They will not finance new projects for the next 2-3 years.

The only things they will fund is their current portfolio.

Because the gov't hasn't made an effort to work towards the elimination of poverty in the region.

The more they fight among the more money it cost them.
