I am not sure if it is true. If it is true, that is not a surprise for an Haitian president to use a foreign country to find medical help. These politicians have always been working to destroy the infrastructure of Haiti because they have enough money to get whatever they want to get from overseas.jeanaltenord.wordpress.com/
