With regard to FLASH PHOTO: Haiti President Privert LOPITAL Santiago Republique Dominicaine, Idiot, if you can even read, and comprehend what is writen, the Haitian president did not go to a medical center in Dajabon, he went to HOMS wich is is located in Santiago.
