I must admit I have a great deal of appreciation and respect for both Mrs Manigat and her recently departed husband for their contribution to our political intellect and their unwavering devotion to the political well-being of Haiti, I however question the wiseness of that decision and if fact it can lead us to accomplish what our eastern neighbors have managed to achieve since 1978 or 13 years after the 1965 American Invasion and the political rifts that followed before the economical and social growth they enjoy today.
