There is no way MINUSTAH will take orders from Haiti's Senate, this is so absurd

Minustah is a peace keeping group established by the United Nations (US).

There is no way they will take any orders from Haiti's Senate...This is so absurd...US knows one leader, that is the Head of State, the President.
