There is an old American saying "monkey see, monkey do" It is a national disgrace to have these Senators (MONKEYS) behave in such fashion before the International community on TV. I also blame the leadership of Haiti.

If they had a competent head of security or security advisor, none of these horns and other noise making items would have been allowed in the room. All these monkeys should be made known to their respective constituents come election time. If Haitian chose to vote for Monkeys, don't complain that Haiti is seen as a Zoo.
