The behaviour of those Hatian lawmaker is unacceptable.

What does it serve to be interrupting someone when he or she is making a speech, when you are not listening to what he is saying.This shows that those guys are not concerned of their role the people elected them for, they are only there for mischief and misusing the public fund from which the are paid.
