Martelly crime family similarity

Nepotism, corruption and the like are aberration but they are widespread around the world in various degrees and shades.

However, when elected officials, sometime selected officials or imposed officials by the international, have their families, friends and friend of their friends are using the public fund as their piggy bank in Haiti without accountability like the Duvalier crime family and the Martelly crime family then people should be worry.The link below shows similarity.
