Cuba Leads the World in Lowest Patient per Doctor Ratio; How do they do it?

In early 2007, I began studying medicine at the Latin American School of Medicine in Havana, Cuba. I entered the program not knowing much about the Cuban healthcare system, other than that it was universal and free.
