While 3 July is the date of birth of baby duck, it appears his henchmen continue to terrorize Haitians abroad as in the past.
Remember the Duvalier regime killed more than 100,000 Haitians for the empire as collateral damage in return for luxiries the empire allowed to the Duvalier-Bennet-Cambronne crime families and the tonton macoutes.

MONTREAL - A Montreal radio station that pulls no punches when criticizing the Haitian government was back in business Monday, hours after being damaged by what Montreal police are treating as a suspicious fire.
