Communique: Starting 30 May 2012 nepotism becomes defacto laws in Haiti

Starting 30 May 2012 nepotism, favoritism,fatism and cronyism becomes the defacto laws in Haiti aka Etat de droit according to Martelly peculiar definition of this expression.

According to combined dispatches from Haiti and from the TAoE capitals, we have learned that Laurent Salvador Lamothe will start firing Government employees that have no connection with the Martelly government and to replace them immediately with friends, Ti/Gros zanmis, family members, associates in smoking dope and associate in exchanging sex partners regardless of their credential or competency for the job.

Such policy will guarantee complete obedience when an order is given to do cover up to protect the regime such as not to do an arrest, to release immediately their people in custody or to execute someone.

People like Mario Beauvois is considered to be dangerous for the regime because he believe in "Etat de Droit" by enforcing the existing laws while Martelly sincerely believe in "Etat de Doigt ou Etat de douet"
