The Haitian police should arrest a well known former FAD'H colonel who is behind that disorder.

He knows where the weapons, uniforms and monies to support those group came from. This ex colonel even made frighten threat at a national scale if MUNISTAH try to arrest those marauders.Here again we have the same old rats who care and thirsty for fame, glory,fortune and past privileges, at the expense of Haiti and the Haitian masses.

This is people like him who is always behind the microphone of the Haitian radio stations portraying himself as a virtuous, wise,honest, well balanced and whatever but he is a part of the problem not the solution
