According to Dr. Michio Kaku video presentation on the People Voice Organization dated 5 May 2012, America Has A Secret Weapon which is the H-1-B.
What Dr. Michio Kaku failed to tell the audience is that the US traditionally has a brain drain policy where its snatch talented persons from the second and third world countries and plundering the fruit of the educational expenditure of those countries.

Those poor countries pay for the education of their youth and the US snatch those youth after they become educated.from the second and third world countries
