The driver is in possession of a gun licensed to his employer.

That is contrary to law.

The driver is arrested for flagrant delit and illegal possession of a weapon.

Before any formal charge can be filed against said driver, his deputy employer interferes with the process and prompto the driver is released.

That is also contrary to law.

The driver and/or the deputy allegedly menaced the arresting officer with great and/or deadly bodily harm. That is also contrary to law.

Immediately thereafter the arresting police officer is assassinated.

That is also contrary to law.

Coincidence.

Circumstantial evidence.

Suspicion.

Who knows?

Another negative etat de fait not helping Haiti which is now portrayed as being open for business.

What kind of business?

Until some law and order is established in Haiti, any attracted business will only be monkey business.
