Since Dominican Republic officials start talking about the events that lead to the kidnapping of Jean Bertrand Aristide, the US might whisked Guy Philippe, Louis-Jodel Chamblain and Stanley Lucas out of Haiti before they start talking like Emmanuel Constant who is currently in CIA protective custody in the guise of being in prison for real estate fraude.
