Jean Pierre Alexandre, do your home work first before you speak about the Russian organized crime.

1- The word mafia has a pejorative connotation toward the Italians and you should never use this word.

2-The Russian organized crime is the brightest in the world because at his head you find former KGB, economists,military experts such as former generals and a wide range of scientists with PhD. Whereas, those at the head of other international crime syndicates are mostly brute thugs and sub-literates.

The Russian organized crime could neutralize in Haiti the folowing families in less than two years:

Baker
Beaussan
Bijio
Brandt
Brown
Castra
Delatour
Flambert
Madsen, Mevs/Mews
Saliba
Vorbes
