Bellerive has a Dominican girlfriend whom he spend weekend with in D.R

Please help us find the name of Max Bellerive's Dominican girl friend with whom he spent most of the weekend with in the Dominican Republic since several years.

We want to know her connection with the Dominican Republic if she is not a Dominican spy.
We need an investigation about this woman and to all the Haitian government employees that have similar ties and arrangement with the Dominican spy network.
