Can we get double Citizenship.?

Yes, but not double Nationality, plain and simple.

The Constitution stated, you have to be born of a father and a mother Haitian to be Haitian.

I said "NO", Any mother and father, but you have to be born on the territory of Haiti.

And you are Haitian for life, because a Nationality can not be changed.

I hope, it is clear not
