Yes I agree that haiti is stable enough for the UN troup to start reducing its troup.

For those who talked the crimes in the country;I think it is beacause of umployement is the cause.

The minute that the industrial complex of Caracol finish and start hiring, haiti will stat reclaiming her name as the pearl of the caraibeanagain.

We have to be patient a little while longer.And listen guys we have lay off on that voodoo business and start to give God almithy the praise that due to God. If voodoo is that good why for two hundred and eight yrs we are still living in shame.
