All good things must come to an end. MINUSTAH should definitely leave Haiti gradually.

Martelly's administration should formulate a plan on how their services will affect Haiti after their departure and how this void will be replaced.

People, remember MINISTAH is a peacekeeping effort group founded by UN and they have no real military skills and relevant training.

MINUSTAH cannot legally enforce any rules.

Haiti needs to carefully calculate how their PERCEIVED presence or absence will be seen by the people...

The allocation of funding for a trained Haitian police force to replace MINISTAH is of primordial importance.
