Good point Marjorie! excuse me for butting in, I would add that Martelly gives them a time limit and a time certain to the last second on when they should get out of there and if they insist on staying after that date and time, what may happen to them. Martelly might also want to tell them the code of their legal misconduct and what that might entails.

For example, if their conduct is classified as civil disobedience, then under that legal code, Martelly may want to clarify for them what the penalties are and for how long they may be punished.
