If $10,000 is what it will take for your psychiatric treatment I am more than willing to help a fellow Haitian...but then again I hate loaning money to pathetic people.

Maybe you should visit your local Department of Health and Human Services department.

I'm sure they'll be able to provide you with the help you obviously need.
