I do not think it is a good idea for the president to publish the constitution for many reasons.

first, before he does so, he needs to think about the consequences.

second, what about all the projects he already planned on the constitution of 1987. Third, he needs to make sure that's what the people in Haiti wants him to do. finally, what kind of effect that would have on his government.with that being said I strongly disagree...
