I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your devotion and wise calcualtions in handling the presidential affairs of the nation.

You have - in less than a year - shown the nation what devotion and good conscience can do with the art of politics.

For how true it is that your actions speak louder than your words.

I believe that destiny has sent you in the history of our nation, at this crucial time, for the specific purpose of illuminating the way to a more fruitful destination.

Your conscience was there way before embarking on this political stage, and your patience will take you to your proper place in world history.

You are a Man amongst men.
May God continue to bless Haiti and you.
