Put the Macoute war criminals in jail for the next fifty years

Francois Duvalier had 38,000 tonton macoutes.

Some of them were not criminals.

However about 8600 of them commited ruthless atrocities like Tyfer, Tibobo, ti boule, Boss Paint, Elois Maitre, Madame Max Aldolphe, Jacques Gracia, Roger Lafontant, Emmanual Toto Constant to name a few. Therefore, Jean Claude Duvalier, his former wife Michelle Bennett and those macoute war criminals should have been in prison.
