How do they do it without an army.
How do they maintain security.

What kind of armies did they have before, if ever they had one.
What did their armies accomplished while they were in existence.

Which superpower installed and trained their army.
Why did they get rid of their respective armies.

How much of their budget went into maintaining the army.
How much do they save by not having an army.
How do they utilize the saved money.

How large an army.
How many members of the army.
Were their armies of mixed gender.

Were their armies for men only.
Armies of volunteers or army of draftees.

Eligible age and gender classifications.

Advantages and disadvantages.

Pro and con.
etc., etc..

before deciding something of so much importance for the Republic of Haiti.

Generally nothing good comes out of kneejerk reactions and emotional responses.
