The army is to protect the citizens whoever think that is not a priority is fooling himself oris talking to talk. If it is not a priority what are of the Minustah doing in Haiti.The President is trying to restore the Haitian dignity let him do it the right way. Remember that our people are never satisfied with anything to their benefit.
