Haiti has no little enemies such as the Dominicans, the Caribbean region and Latin Americans region.

Those countries have no hostile intentions about Haiti.

The only enemies Haiti has is the Haitian elite and certain foreign powers who have well documented track records of melding and manipulating the Haitian affairs for their own benefits and Haitian military cannot fight them with conventional means.

We could eject them from Haiti with brillo and replacing them with the Chinese.

Spain ruthlessly looted Haiti gold six hundred years ago. Spain heard and smell gold again in Haiti.

Now Spain want to comeback to pickup the left over. That is why Spain is vising Haiti now.
