Sergo, another good one from you. I just wonder where the Primes Minister and Parliament was when the decision to do away with the Haitian Army was made by President Aristide.

Just for thought! We have to look dEeply into our situation and ask ourselves what is preferable, the Haitian Army or the present situation.

In the past the Haitian Army had served the no good for nothing politicians, but now the Haitian Army must serve the people.
