If Martelly don't want them to leave, he will soon go with them in the same time, not one minute before or after.

We the people says no more munistah.

It's one exit door.
Martelly need that alternative very fast. If he cannot bring that alternative fast enough, the people will force him to do so.
Maybe, the president was ill with salad pesticide while in that Manhattan Hotel.
