Too hot to touch,
Jean claude Duvalier is a very rare nuclear core that can take 50 years to cool off before any man can get even near it.
You will need 1 million men at the rate of 72 seconds each to remove the rods out of the core.
The radiation dosage is too high, Outch,Outch.
