Martelly traveled to New York with twenty eight people.

The UN security blocked their entrance.

Only four of them were allowed to get in.
This means Martelly is not faring well in the diplomatic arena.

He has been experiencing a cascade of deceptions prior to this incident.

He never met Obama in person.

France, Great Britain, Argentine,Brazil, Dominican Republic already told him do not bother to visit their country.
