WELL MARTINE ITS CLEAR THE CONSTITUTION NEED TO B AMENDED ANOTHER FOR THE PRESIDENT TO GAIN MORE POWER TO CHOOSE HE'S OWN MINISTER WITHOUT A GREEN LIGHT FROM THE PARLIAMENT AT ALL, BUT TO BE ABLE TO CONSULT THEM FOR ADVICE ON WHO HE CHOOSE TO BE WITHOUT ANY REJECTIONS NONE WHAT SO EVER.
