YES AS WE CAN SEE THE PARLIAMENT IS THE MOST POWERFUL BRANCH IN HAITI CAUSE WHEN THEIR SAY NO IS NO COMPLETELY WITHOUT THEM THE EXECUTIVE HAVE NO POWER.
