I think the time has come for Martelly to disolve the parliement! He has that power! we are facing way too much agony to wait for the thieves in the parliement to make a decision.

we all know they want the reconstruction money! preval is the mastermind of the B.S. along with Aristide.

what a sick situation THE POOR PEOPLE OF HAITI have to endure because of the greed of the so called leaders of HAITI! They are all out for themselve, that is why they are not in power anymore!Its time for COUPE TETE BOULE CAYE!
