There is no conspiracy.

The American put this clown in power because he fits the bill as a perfect puppet.

He knows that he is not popular but he want to manages the impression that he is popular as a politician and the people cast the ballots yesterday.Now he has the answer.

The best thing for him to do is to pay friends, family from his entourage to walk with him and to make believe he is popular.

If he pay them $ 5 in each sortie and let say he needs a crowd of 2000 then he will have to pay $10,000 whenever he want to show that he has a crowd.
