this is the 21 st century is a very shame haiti is in this mess, it cannot continue like that forever this is a disgrace these people should be given another chance for the sake of haiti you know how nervous the country are to hear this this news but after seconde time the fail to ratiffy a prime minister the will pay the conssequences whether the are force to leave the country forever there is no more turning back we should teach them a lesson f the fail to ratiffy a prime minister a seconde president martelly could take step against dissolve parliament creating a new system to run the country .I could see the way it going it going to become a civil wars with these unity criminal let them continue their nasty game.
