Yes. Had to be to make where he is.
Diaspora?

Yes. Once you live out of your country a year or more, there's no turning back. You see things differently.

The question should be: "Is this what Haiti needs right now, an arrogant Haitian-American to run the country?" I also say yes. Most of the previous presidents were arrogant as well, but on a different level.

How do you imagine you can run a country of millions when you've never even took charge of changing your underwear (Baby Doc)?

Or Help a country go forward when you've always been in a very exclusive environment (Aristide)?

Or just be a kiss ass for all the Haitian business people that only think of themselves (Preval)?
