It should tell you something about hunger, and poverty in Haiti.

You have to be hopeless, and desperate to move into a tent city. They know about the cholera, rapes, murders, and the filth.

They are willing to risk their lives for a better chance in life, and it is a huge gamble.

They have nothing to lose, and they are risking their lives under the tent. The government should screen them very carefully, but nothing is one hundred per cent full proof and some will fall between the cracks.
