I believe that the Mayor was wrong in some ways and right in some ways also and I don't believe he is acting alone in this matter, but what I suggest for our President to do, is to put in place, a group of strong will men who can help him make strong decision on behalf of the Haitian people.

Mr. Martelly need to recognize as a President in charge, in time like this, He needs to come up with a swift decision.not just say, He spoke with the Mayor.
