First of all i want to congratulate son Excellance Mr. Michel Joseph Martelly for his new position, and i'm behind you 110%.

I also want to congratulate Mr. President Bill Clinton, the X President of the greatest contry of them all (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) for the wonderful effort that he puts to help Haiti get out of the deep black hole that he is now.
Once again Mr. President you are a wonderful person and you are doing a very good job and please do not stop because i beleive that Mr. Martelly and you together is a very good team who is capable of pulling our country out from that black hole. As for Mr. Rouzier, President Martelly you need to fire him before you even higher him because apparently he cannot see as far as you and your right hand man Mr. President Bill Clinton can see, and i don't think he loves our country that much either.

Therefore goodbye Mr. Rouzier and don't let the door hit you in the back.
