Did anyone heard about the blackout during the president swearing?

Guest what someone just called me said:he heard in the radio that somebody did sabotage the electricity, because all the wires were cut meaning they did that on purpose to ruin the inauguration while the world was watching, this is unacceptable.The only thing I will say for the chief police do his job and start an investigation right away. To find those perpetrators, and bring them to justice.That one of the main reason we need to keep the president in prayer daily to ask God for protection.God bless Haiti and God bless the president!
