First that should not been a question at all, yes Haiti need an army and it's a must as soon as possible.Look at what happen in our country it's kidnaping, raping,killing, vandalizing,littering, exploiting,people are terrorizing everyday diaspora scare to go home I'm just listing few because the country is on terrible shape what now.I said:yes, yes and yes let move forward.God bless Mr Martelly and God bless Haiti!
