Hi Mr President elect first i want to congratulate you on your recent landslide victory, now more than ever its time for reconstruction of our beloved Haiti and to establishe security and peace, i know that road before you is long very difficult but not impossible, my requests for you: is to eliminate completly kidnapping and zenglendo in haiti, to establish a peacefull climate, recreate the haitian army and to bring more people into the police force also to cancel to so called munistah ect....
