Se premye fwa mwen tande Preval di yon bagay serye.

But se le kabrit fin pase lap rele femen barye.

Why now indeed?

Of the 11 years Minustah has been in the country, Preval spent 5 of them as president.

Perhaps now that he is leaving office, he finally has the courage to stand out to the United Nations.

I am for once, and for the first time ever, agree with him. However, I think it is a bit too little too late. Hope the new president sweet micky (mesye o!) will take note.
