Mr MARTELLY is going to work very hard to demonstrate that transparency since most past Haitian governments did not and never gave give a thought about honesty.

Haitian politicians don't feel at easy to do the right thing that is against their principle.

Clinton is asking them to shape up or shape out because he has a clear idea of what was going on inside Haitian governments
Shame, shame,shame.
