It should not matter Marie who or what belongs to whom, Rules & Regulations are to be followed by everybody.

When you don't follow the law people start doing anything they want & that my dear becomes disorder.

This is a very important election for haiti we have to start doing things the right way or else it will be like the old days, nothing will change.

The whole world is watching this election, The people involved have to be held responsible.
