Dark Knight let us find a way to make a bet of my $68,000 against $8000 that Michel Martelly will be declared President of Haiti on Thursday March 31st and on Saturday April 16th.

I will even make that bet with Radio Kiskeya live on their radio station, and we both can find a way to be at that radio station on April 16th. I am retired and i have the time and the belief.
